Here are the boys digging for rocks and gems like little archeologists.
What a fun activity for all the boys! (I’m pretty sure Alex loved it too :) And my brothers were here so they got in on it too. Jeremy even found the piece of clear quartz after we thought everything had been found already.

The kids love Jeremy’s game boy. They call it “the blue thing”… I guess that shows how much they know (or don’t know) about Nintendo ;) They are used to computer games, but actual video games are quite the novelty.
A few days after Christmas we made cookies…
And tried out the new stomp rockets at the park with grandparents and uncles.
On Christmas Eve my parents and brothers arrived.
Tyler tried on someone’s glasses (maybe Grandma Beth’s?). He looks like quite the little intellectual, don’t you think :)

The kids each opened one present, and looked at their stockings before church, and we saved the rest until we got home.
