Here's Erik and Adam before church last Sunday. They were so cute, and I wanted to take pictures, but no one except me thought it was a good idea. As you can see Adam would have none of it. Oh, well :)

We had a Christmas party at church last week. Erik got to be a shepherd in the Nativity play. You can see him in the middle slightly to the right.
Erik's primary class got to sing Angels We Have Heard on High!
And some more shepherd pictures.
Adam wanted to try on the costume too!

Last week Erik and I made this gingerbread house at a preschool activity.

And finally, I just had to put this hilarious picture of Adam wearing sunglasses and Erik's backpack!

I thought I'd share this cool Christmas video BYU sent out.

We had a great Thanksgiving with my family visiting last week! The kids loved having so many people to play with and go outside with! Here is Adam with Grandma Beth and Papa Dave.

It was fun to just hang out with everyone in the house too. Uncles are so much fun to play with!

Lots of fun to be had riding bikes with Grandma and Grandpa. :)

And don't forget all the fun in the kitchen! Erik helped Grandma Beth make pumpkin bread! Yum.

Here's Erik with Uncle David.

Adam loved to play cars with Papa Dave!

Here's Erik with Uncle Jeremy!

Erik's Zoo Fieldtrip

The day before Thanksgiving Erik's class had a field trip to the zoo. Here he is coming down a slide at Reid Park where we ate lunch afterward.

Here is Erik with his class outside the zoo.

Erik climbing a tree at the zoo.
A huge tortoise we saw.
The rhino's were really close and easy to see.
Erik liked this little elephant statue.
And here's Erik in front of the real elephants.

Happy Thanksgiving

Erik made this turkey out of an Oreo, chocolate frosting, and candies at Primary activity day a week ago Saturday. Very yummy, but very difficult to keep on it's plate on the drive home! One ended up on the floor of the car, but was fine as it landed on a pile of papers Erik had left by his feet. :)

Alex did el Tour de Tucson on Nov. 29th. He left very early in the morning as you can see in this picture! He did 109 miles in under 7 hours...in all it was actually 120 miles with the distance getting to the start and home again after! Pretty crazy if you ask me...good job Alex!

A few weeks ago Erik's preschool class made empanadas. We got to take a couple home and Adam loved them!

Erik and Adam both love the computer. Adam has learned how to climb up on the chair when Erik (or anyone else) is on the computer. Often this causes chaos, but sometimes they sit on the chair together very nicely!

Here's Adam looking cute and watching TV I think, probably Wow Wow Wubbzy - both the kid's favorite show right now.

The kids helped stir some scrambled eggs!

Erik rarely takes "real naps" in his bed anymore, but he often falls asleep on the floor or couch at some point during the afternoon or evening. How cute :)

Halloween

We had a fun Halloween! Erik was an elephant, and Adam was Winnie the Pooh. We went to our church Halloween party and the kids played lots of games, played on the playground, and of course got candy trick or treating.
What a cute little Pooh Bear! This was Jeremy's costume about 15 years ago, then Erik wore it 3 years ago, and now it is Adam's turn!

Here's the pumpkin we carved.

Adam loved to play with his candy, and chew on it all.

Yum, a dum-dums sucker :)

Last Sunday was the Primary Program at church. Erik did a great job, and was so cute up there with his class singing the songs and doing his lines. Here he is holding the treat he got afterwards and the paper with his part. (His two lines were: I can strengthen my family by having family prayer, and I will follow the prophet.)

Here are a couple of good pictures of Adam's teeth. Tooth # 13 came in last week, and # 14 will be following shortly I think. Look at that grin!
