My family came to visit for Thanksgiving! We had lots of fun and I have lots of pictures…pictures I took…pictures other people took…

Normally I am in very few pictures, since I am usually the one taking most of them. This week I am actually in a lot of them as lots of other people were here. That is a good thing…if I like the picture…and not so good for some other less flattering ones…but this one’s cute :) so it’s ok.

Me, Tyler, and my Mom…aka Grandma Beth.
Adam and Papa Dave.
Erik on David’s shoulders and Adam on Jeremy’s shoulders. I think my kids spent half the week on my brothers’ shoulders! Thanks for being such fun uncles you guys :)
more fun with uncles…

And now, for this segment of the program…cute pictures of Tyler… sleeping…
awake…
on the swing-set swing for the first time… and sleeping… (multitasking already)…
seeing if the hat Grandma made when he was born still fits…
trying on the new hat Grandma made for Uncle David before it is given to him…

and sitting with Daddy.
Finally here is the lovely apple pie Alex made. Thank you honey for doing apple and pumpkin pies, turkey, extra yummy mashed potatoes, cutting up my sweet potatoes for me, and various other things I can’t remember at the moment :) I really have it great on Thanksgiving. When I tell people that my family is coming to our house they say…oh, so you have to be the hosts and that must be stressful…actually I don’t have to do very much at all thanks to my great husband! And my Mom did a lot of baking and cooking too, so I really didn’t do much this year. I think the only thing I really did was cut up onion and celery for the stuffing and stir something or other. It was a good thing too because it seemed like all I could get done the day before Thanksgiving was hold the baby, take a shower, change diapers, feed children, clean up children, wipe snotty noses (Adam’s nose to be specific), and give the kids baths!
