I’m sure some of you have seen the crazy exercise video from the 80’s (see below) that has circulated around the internet. My kids saw it, and Adam declared that he wants to be an “exercise man”. This is a video of what followed. Adam and Tyler also felt the need to take off their shirts to show their muscles ;)
